Poster Presentation
- Please bring your poster to the 2F of the Exhibition Hall at the convention center.
- The ARC Poster Tour is scheduled for December 14th (Sat) from 5:30 PM to 6:20 PM on the 2F of the Exhibition Hall.
- During this time, poster presenters are requested to stand by their posters to participate in Q&A sessions.
Gala Dinner
 - The Gala Dinner will take place on Saturday, December 14th, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM in the Grand Ballroom on the
- 2nd floor of the Swiss Grand Hotel.
- Pre-reception drinks will be served in the foyer of the Grand Ballroom starting at 6:30 PM.
Cloakroom
 Cloakroom- The cloakroom is located on the 4th floor of the convention center, between the Diamond/Platinum Booth and the elevators.
