Oral Presentation

[Presentation Material Submission]

• - Format: PowerPoint in either 16:9 or 4:3 ratio (version 2003 or later).
• - Format Compliance: Ensure your presentation follows the specified format.
• - Please submit the final file to the Preview Room (12/12 3rd-floor Diamond Hall lobby area & 12/13-15 4th-floor Convention Hall lobby area) at least one hour prior to your scheduled presentation on the conference day.

Poster

[Poster Submission]

• - Format: 600*900mm (width*height), printed on either paper or fabric.
• - Format Compliance: Please ensure your poster follows the designated format.
• - Final Print: Bring your final printed poster with you to the conference.
• - Poster Placement: Please display your poster at the designated location on the 2nd floor of the exhibition hall in the convention center. Staff will be available to assist you..
• - The ARC Poster Tour will take place on December 14th (Sat) from 5:30 PM to 6:20 PM on the 2nd floor of the Exhibition Hall. During this time, Poster Speakers will take turns standing by their posters for Q&A sessions. Please keep this in mind.
